ORDERS & PAYMENT
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collections, select the item you love,
choose your preferred variant if applicable, and click
"Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout,
enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm
your order. You will receive an order confirmation
email immediately after.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours
of placement. After 24 hours, your order may already
be in processing and we may not be able to make changes.
Please contact us immediately at support@krelo.com with
your order number if you need to make any changes.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major payment methods including:

Shipping times and costs vary by destination and
are calculated at checkout.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 6–10 business days
- Middle East & North Africa: 8–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Express shipping options are also available at checkout.
Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders
over $99. The discount is applied automatically at
checkout.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a
tracking number by email. You can use this number
to track your order directly on our Track Order page
or through the carrier's website.
Q: My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
A: If your order has not arrived within the estimated
delivery window, please:
1. Check your tracking link for the latest updates
2. Check with your local post office
3. Contact us at support@krelo.com with your order number
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: Yes, express shipping is available for most destinations
and can be selected at checkout. Express delivery times

Q: Will my order come in one package?
A: If your order contains multiple items, they may be
shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each
shipment at no extra charge.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items
must be unused, in their original packaging, and in
the same condition as received. Please refer to our

Q: How do I start a return?
A: To initiate a return, email us at support@krelo.com
with your order number and reason for return. Our
team will respond within 1–2 business days with
return instructions.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item,
your refund will be processed within 5–10 business
days to your original payment method.
Q: My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
A: We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us within
48 hours of delivery at support@krelo.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or
incorrect items. If you received the wrong item or
your product is faulty, please contact us at
support@krelo.com and we will arrange an exchange
at no additional cost.

A: Yes. Every product in the Krelo collection is carefully
selected for its quality, design, and durability.
We work with trusted suppliers to ensure that every
item meets our standards before it reaches you.
Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Warranty coverage varies by product. If a specific
product comes with a manufacturer warranty, this will
be mentioned in the product description. For any

Q: Are product dimensions accurate?
A: Yes. All dimensions and measurements listed on our
product pages are as accurate as possible. However,
slight variations of up to 1–2cm may occur due to
manual measurement. We recommend checking dimensions
carefully before purchasing furniture items.
Q: Will you restock sold-out items?
A: We do our best to restock popular items. To be
notified when a product is back in stock, contact

we will notify you as soon as it becomes available.

an account allows you to track your orders, save
your details for faster checkout, and access your
order history at any time.
Q: How do I create an account?

and you're good to go.
Q: How is my personal data used?
A: Your personal data is used solely to process your
orders, communicate with you, and improve your
