SHIPPING POLICY

At Krelo, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. 
Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle 
deliveries worldwide.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment 
confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or 
public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive 
a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and 
a link to track your order.

Please note:

- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) may be processed the 
  following business day
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times 
  may be slightly longer
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Krelo ships worldwide to most countries and territories. If your 
country is not available at checkout, please contact us at 
support@krelo.com and we will do our best to assist you.

3. SHIPPING TIMES & RATES

Standard Shipping (Free on orders over $99):

- United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 6–10 business days
- Middle East & North Africa: 8–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Express Shipping (Available at checkout):

- United Kingdom: 2–3 business days
- United States & Canada: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- Middle East & North Africa: 5–8 business days
- Rest of World: 7–12 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due 
to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond 
our control.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with:

- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your shipment
- Estimated delivery date

You can also track your order at any time by visiting our 
Track Order page or contacting us at support@krelo.com with 
your order number.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Krelo ships from our fulfillment partners worldwide. Your order 
may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon 
arrival in your country.

Please be aware of the following:

- Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of 
  the customer
- Krelo has no control over customs charges and cannot predict 
  what they may be
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country — 
  we recommend contacting your local customs office for 
  more information
- In some countries, delays at customs are common and are 
  outside our control

6. FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99. 
This offer applies to all destinations worldwide and is 
automatically applied at checkout when your order total 
meets the minimum requirement.

Free shipping is calculated after any discounts have been applied.

7. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped 
separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure the 
fastest possible delivery. In this case:

- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
- You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split 
  shipments
- Each package will arrive within the estimated shipping window

8. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery 
window, please:

1. Check your tracking link for the latest updates
2. Check with your local post office or delivery center
3. Contact us at support@krelo.com with your order number

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 
If your order is confirmed lost, we will offer a full replacement 
or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please allow up to 5 business days for our team to investigate 
a lost shipment claim before a replacement or refund is issued.

9. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing 
your order. Krelo is not responsible for orders delivered to an 
incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us 
immediately at support@krelo.com. We will do our best to update 
the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it to 
a different address.

10. DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged, please:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and item
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@krelo.com
3. Include your order number and photos in your email

We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
